01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

03 Account Management

You must immediately notify the EP88 customer support team if you suspect:

• Unauthorised access to your account.
• Loss or theft of your login credentials.
• Any suspicious activity in your account transaction history.

• Opening of multiple accounts by the same individual.

You may also close your EP88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to account closure, you are advised to withdraw all remaining funds in your account. Funds in accounts terminated due to fraud may be fully forfeited.

13 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and EP88.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration by a single arbitrator jointly appointed, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
